SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

BBQ BAZAAR offers the following Returns and Shipping Policy:

Our customers will receive 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Every Time!  *  If you are, for any reason, not totally satisfied with your purchase, BBQ BAZAAR will replace your item(s) or refund the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless approved by our customer service department. PLEASE NOTE: Any international  orders other than Canada and Australia, BBQ BAZAAR.com is unable to accurately calculate the shipping charges for your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time your order is shipped and these charges will be billed to your credit card. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please email BBQ BAZAAR for a return authorization number, or your package will be refused!  Returns and exchanges  must be returned to us with the same carrier and insurance coverage (If Applicable) and in the same shipping package as received. Returned items must state customer return on the packing slip or they will be refused and returned to the buyer. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery received  date. The exchange of merchandise will include the cost of the item(s) only. Buyer must notify BBQ BAZAAR as soon as possible after becoming aware of a problem. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost. We only ship products through FEDEX or UPS so we prefer that returns be shipped through one of these carriers.
